In this teleseminar, Krysta Gibson, Success Coach and mentor, will:

• Explain what meditation is and isn’t
• Outline the benefits and pitfalls of meditation
• Answer the question: who can meditate?
• Explain the blocks to meditation and offer solutions
• Share the experience of some basic styles of meditation 
• How to begin (and continue) a meditation practice

• Several mini-meditations so you can experience each for yourself. 
• Downloadable MP3 file of the meditations for you to enjoy.
• PDF with basic tips for finding the right practice for you. 
• Resource list of in-person and online classes, and resources for further guidance in learning how to meditate.

This is not a class in meditation per se although you will be introduced to several different meditation practices. After this class, you will be able to find the right meditation style and teacher(s) for yourself should you decide you want to meditate.

You do not have to attend the class live although you will enjoy it more if you can. After the class, a downloadable link will be provided for the class, the meditation MP’s, the resource list, and the class notes.
